• Has also worked in television production, advertising and direct marketing agencies
• Joined The Wire in 1997 after managing the CATI centre and face-to-face fieldforce of a full service agency
• Experience includes b2b and consumer, domestic and international and both ad-hoc and continuous research
• BIG (Business Intelligence Group) Conference Chair 2005 and 2006
• Recently gave a paper at the CMR Conference discussing the impact of CATI technology on response rates.
